Manager and staff are very friendly, helpful, and informative
Wonderful location.
The customer service at this branch is horrible. The female teller, who was handling my transaction, yelled at me, “I already counted your money, ma’am, right here in this machine. It’s closing time. Let’s wrap it up!” Wow. Unbelievable.
I was tricked into making another bank account by a lady named Olga. I didn't need it, she lied, and now my online banking is screwed up.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone. If you write a check they will never cash it. Each bank manager has a different story as to why they won’t. Steer clear of this place that apparently doesn’t even have $6K on hand.
