Terrible customer service. Watch out for Michael. The guy needs a different job. Rude and not helpful at all. I was about to open a new account but because of the way this individual was interacting I decided to stop the process and look for a different bank. The location is closing not surprising.

Again it's about Josh and his lack of customer service. Not just once but several times.
As the first time visiting the branch I had hard time finding its location. Safeway does not have any sign that the US Bank is inside the store. Also Google was not much helpful pointing its location. Overall, good branch with friendly staff. I didn’t have any problems depositing money.
