I had a wonderful experience at U.S. Bank thanks to Nada. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and kind attitude. I truly appreciate her help and the positive energy she brings — she’s an excellent representative of U.S. Bank!
Worst atm I've ever experienced.
One of the Employees Nada was very arrogant, rude and unhelpful. US Bank should not be in business. Worst customer service in general and this employee in particular.
If I could do negative stars I would. Terrible terrible terrible customer service skills. I made an appointment to see a banker, I sat down and waited to be seen even though there were two banks just sitting there on their cell phones. One of them kept staring at us but refused to get up and actually do work. Worst us bank branch!
This bank is very dishonest I used the atm to put cash in my account last week they did not put the cash in my account I went up to talk about it the next day during posted business hours to find the site closed and had to take time off work to do there the next avaliable business day they then told me it would take 45 days to dispute it and let me know if I could have the deposit I made in cash I asked them to look at the cameras and they told me to call the police so I did then they told the police it was there policy that... read more
