Sólo he usado el cajero, todo bien, fin de semana la sucursal cerrada. Pero algo que llamó mucho atención, fue la ubicación un poco "escondida", el acceso medio misterioso, digo, estas sucursales suelen estar en sitios muy públicos, super accesibles y entre muchos otros negocios, este no es el caso.
Andy is the best banker in the Shakopee location. He’s informative, friendly, welcoming and knows my name! He should be the branch manager. He needs a raise and a manager position. He has the perfect personality for it.
Staff and management treated me like I was dumb for a mistake that they made on their behalf. I am never coming back to this branch ever again. Poor customer service and lack of empathy. I would not recommend coming here since they like to miscount cash withdrawals. Thanks you Michael Wiersma for your lack of accountability.
On a busy Saturday morning, my wife and I were met with friendly smiles. We had savings bonds, and other banking to do. They were very patient and helpful. Would recommend.
