I visited this U.S. Bank branch to open a new account. When I arrived, a banker told me the wait time to speak with someone would be about 30 minutes, and I agreed to wait. Unfortunately, after waiting well beyond that, no one came to speak with us. Every time I asked for an update, I was told that someone would be with us shortly. why are “cash deposits not available” at the ATM’s every time i’ve come? what kind of ATM doesn’t let you deposit cash? this location is not it
I had a scammer access my credit card and went into the bank to close that account. Stephanie Brockman, a personal banker whom I have dealt with previously took care of everything. She was an absolute joy to deal with.

Very Bad customer service , had an appointment to get a a notarization for parental consent for a Minor . Initially nobody approached us though we had a appointment , After 5 mins this rep asks us what we want and we inform her that we have a appointment , which she was not aware of Then she takes us to her cube which had a stand up and work desk , so we were not seated also and though we had the the relevant documents present she started saying she can't notarize as there is no dark square box for her to sign in the form th... read more
