Will never bank with us bank. They charge you 33 dollars for every 25 dollars you redeem in rewards on your card. The manager even says its criminal and another reason we have chosen to not do business with them and have relayed all clients to donthe same.
I've had a checking account, savings account and safe deposit box at the Apple valley branch for 11 years. Today I went to get some papers out of my safe deposit box and was told they had closed the box because they decided to end the relationship with the the co owner of the box. I visited this U.S. Bank branch to open a new account. When I arrived, a banker told me the wait time to speak with someone would be about 30 minutes, and I agreed to wait. Unfortunately, after waiting well beyond that, no one came to speak with us. Every time I asked for an update, I was told that someone would be with us shortly. why are “cash deposits not available” at the ATM’s every time i’ve come? what kind of ATM doesn’t let you deposit cash? this location is not it
I had a scammer access my credit card and went into the bank to close that account. Stephanie Brockman, a personal banker whom I have dealt with previously took care of everything. She was an absolute joy to deal with.
