Spent 38 minutes on the phone today just to get an appt to go into a bank to conduct some business. The person on the phone must of had me on hold for at least 15 minutes. This is awful customer service. Couldn't get a call thru to any branches in iowa. You may be loosing a customer over this. If I didn't have to a star this would have been a minus star review.
I had a account for years through u.s. bank i noticed i was having the state of Iowa deposit $890.00 a month for 14 months. Although each deposit was made and nothing was ever withdrew my ending balance every month was 0.00. I complained and filed against them in less then 10 days from each deposit. Finally was able to have deposits stop . HOWEVER Not once have i seen any of this money. I had an investigation through the provided company to see where my money had gone.
