Excellent banking experience inside lobby with tellers. They were fast, friendly, and professional.
The branch manager won't answer my calls or give me a tracking number for the check they sent out after they ILLEGALLY had my incompetent Grandma who was being couched by the scam artists at the nursing home tell them she wanted to revoke my power of attorney, the same nursing home that had to pay medicaid close to a million for fraud in 2022 after they were got pushing a resident who tried to escape down out of their walker and then tied them to a wheelchair.
