I've gone into this bank and asked for help with my business accounts and able to get help from Nick Jones, the Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. Nick has been very rude and inconsiderate where I've had a few concerns when I tried to wire money to an associate with my business in another state and the fraud department froze my account and put everything on hold for over a week. This is my first time to this brunch of US bank, I am a little bit worried about the low rating of all US Bank branches, until I went to this location where is closed to my place. Then I was scheduled to meet Archana who is the banker to help me open my account, she is so nice with professional and patient service. I am happy with her professionalism. She explained clearly and told me step by step to set up everything. She did a great job.
