The South Knoxville TN food city branch- there are not enough space here to tell you how much this branch has helped me. Sara, Kara, Emily have taken care of me for many many years. They are so professional, polite and kind. They have always been able to answer all of my questions. worst customer service ever. I call to resolve an issue with my online bank and they transfer me to 4 different ppl. And never resolved anything. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them at all
I love this bank and all the ladies that work there they are so sweet and the customer service is amazing they feel more like family than just a bank I go to. ❤️❤️❤️
