This bank helped us so much on a Sunday we don't bank there but needed a cash advance off out credit card because we lost the pin number and they happily helped us. I will be switching to us bank soon.
I called to have a simple transfer that I know is possible and got the run around and was told they can not help me. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
