Kahteerah helped me set up an account and clear up some stuff from an old account I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and great at customer service. I left another review but somehow it got credited to an Oakland Branch. Since opening my account, the manager, Justine, and Kessi and Kahteerah and really everybody there have been great. Really good branch to bank with.
The branch Manager Justine and the Manger Michelle were very professional and helpful in reactivating my hacked accounts and setting them up.
