In addition, she informed me of a US Bank program I was not aware of! She was extremely helpful and she made my day! Thank you, Kelsey, for you attention and help! I am very relieved to have worked through some miscommunications that occurred earlier. US Bank has been wonderful to me for decades and the help I received recently is on par with what I have come to expect from US Bank. I appreciate the help and stability of having a bank I enjoy working with.
Update: after speaking with several people in the bank as well as the business manager of the Fairfield area, I still am not receiving any service. I just got a random $30 'analysis service charge' which nobody at the branch can explain what it's for and I cannot transfer any money from the website. I'm closing my account and won't work with USBank anymore. The incompetence is staggering. Previous review: The worst bank branch of the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
