inside of a safeway. staff is friendly. there can be a line here sometimes.
Worst customer service ever! everytime i call them for an issue with my account im on hold forever!! and you can hear them laughing in the background its so rude and unprofessional. They never help me with what i call in for, they always tell me someone will call me back and help and i never get a call back so i end up calling the main U.S Bank online number!! Will definitely not do business there again!
