Ms Penny and Ms Nancy gave me the best customer service hands down! When my account was hacked they were their for me the whole way.
In the 8 months I've had an account, I couldn't even tell you all the problems I've had. I've spent more time in the branch and on the phone with support than I have in the last 50 years with ALL other banks combined. Terrible rules, difficulty withdrawing money, people "guess" the right answer to questions because they admit they don't really know. The final straw was cutting my MM interest rate from 4.3% to 2%. They cited that 'interest rates are changing'. When I pointed out they're still advertising the 4.35% on their we... read more
