I would have given this financial institution 5 stars , however after calling early in the day yesterday and sharing my concerns with the on site manager who promised to review my issue and get back to me later , 24 hours later she has not returned my call. I even went to the bank itself and made another deposit and asked about my issue and still no response!! The teller sent the manager an email explaining my issue AGAIN and still no response. Customer service is horible. They dont seem to know the what is going on they tell you one thing and it is not correct. They need to train there management before they can train there staff
