I was hung up on by Julio tellez at this location just because he was tired and maybe having a frustrating morning. I feel like home problems were took out on me. When I walked in his eyes were baggy and sleepy so I knew it was morning anger. He was not patient with me and had no concerns to help me understand. As a member I don’t feel welcomed or appreciated knowing I switched locations just to get treated like this thinking I was going to be treated better than my last location.
We are very grateful to Ilyaas for helping us set up our non-profit account. He was courteous , patient and his efforts were very appreciated. He also was supportive I am so grateful. Thank you again
As an old employee I know locations have to open so many accounts and that is the focus but the way this location forget about its existing customers is so sad . This my second attempt to deposit money I have waited over 30 mins both times ! It’s so sad I will be looking for a different bank!
