I think this branch has way too many hate reviews. I think moving forward, they should hopefully increase due to the remodel, along with the amazing workers there. The branch manager and one employee are both able to speak multiple languages. While there, I overheard one employee named Marcus handle a few irritate customers and explain the best process moving forward. He was able to calm them down and Kristany helped me open a few a accounts. Keep up the great work!
Worst bank ever!!!!!
Very quick.
This might be the worst location possible. Have sat in line as the only car for over 30 minutes multiple times. Seriously pathetic customer service here.
Would not use this location or any US Bank. I came to this location, the banker that convinced me to start a checking out, told me about a promotion of receiving $300 and that was a lie. He just wanted to get the account started. After talking to 2 customer service reps that said I would receive it 100% a 3rd has finally told me the Bank Manager said no. This is a disgrace and completely misleading company.
