Very lazy about there JOB women that work here. They don't want to do there job because they are too lazy to do anything but gossip to each other about customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and a reason no one should join this bank.
Horrible banking company and service was just as bad. They can't do anything you can't do yourself from the app and even then got it wrong. I've changed my phone number on the app, which doesn't update and sends all the security codes to the old number. After 7! Phone calls they told me I could change it in person at the branch, after driving down and waiting 15 minutes to talk to somebody they said I'd have to make an appointment. How the hell is the company in business still.
I am completely unsatisfied with US Bank and this bank location. Read the other reviews, I am not alone.
