I went there this morning to get 100 dollars in quarters. I was asked why. I was confused for a second and speechless, like I’m trying to get quarters, not 10k. After that, the clerk and the manager told me I was only allowed 2 rolls because I don’t have a business. Ridiculous, poor customer service, and audacity in asking why I need quarters and refusing to provide me with how I choose to withdraw my money. I went to a different location and had no issues. Seriously thinking of closing my account.

Very lazy about there JOB women that work here. They don't want to do there job because they are too lazy to do anything but gossip to each other about customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and a reason no one should join this bank.
