The lady working the drive thru at about 1230pm on 3-13-25 was very very rude.

Horrible. One teller at 11:15. In line for 15 minutes and still helping the first customer. Time to find a new bank. Then he informs us he will bounce between drive through and walk in. Shut down the drive thru. Awful - response to review was faster than the in bank service
Our local branch has closed so I had to go here. Everyone was friendly and helpful and knew their stuff. We were in and out in a timely manner, and accomplished all our goals with no issues, so that right there is worth it. Brian Tunning was especially helpful.
US Bank has forgotten what compassion looks like after a family member passes.
