The ATM did not dispense the money that I had requested to be withdrawn yet it took the funds out of my account and I went inside after they had opened to bring light of the situation and the women helping me behind the counter was quick to dismiss my complaint stating that there’s nothing they can do about the situation and I’ll have to call the number on the back of my card, which I did, three times and I spoke to three different people two of which told me two entirely different things? Always friendly
Drive through was very very slow 7/26/2024...ended up pulling through and going to USBank on 4th & Broadway.
Was not impressed. Of course it was a very small branch, but it was close to closing. There was probably eight people in line. A lot of people walked out because it was way too packed way too small of a building. I understand that’s not her fault, but the supervisor had asked me a important question and I wasn’t sure about the answer so she was on hold with shock to me.
