I’ve never had a reason to complain about my bank before, but today’s experience was frustrating. The teller seemed unsure how to assist the customer before me, and when it was my turn, she was also unable to help with my request and simply directed me to make an appointment. I believe employees assisting customers should be properly trained or have someone available to support them when needed.
The staff is always friendly, and it's a pleasure to bank here!
I've been here for 30 minutes and have seen people come in the store and leave out of frustration. Find a better branch or bank in general. The three employees are slower then crippled sloth. They also care more about counting money and doing miscellaneous tasks rather than helping customers. I also overheard a lady state that very rudely to a customer, "I am on a float team, I don't know who you are and I don’t care."
