I just don't get the Issaquah/Gilman branch anymore and totally agree with the previous recent review(s). It seems like a lot of money was spent on an extensive remodel, but no thought was put into improving customer service. It was honestly better BEOFRE the the remodel. For the second time in 3 weeks, this branch was convenient and I had a simple transaction that required a teller. Both times the branch was under-staffed (1 teller at peak hours). I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years, but after today, I’m officially done with this bank. I went in to deposit a large amount of cash — I was the only person in the lobby, and there were four bankers walking in and out. One teller I thought was going to help me came back in, started processing checks, and looked completely bothered that I even needed assistance. I had a great experience with that branch today. Service with a smile, highly helpful, friendly with a humor. To make long story short-- FIVE STARS!!!
Went in there this weekend with my parents to open a new account. Josh and Sam (I think that is her name) took create care of us. We had a special situation due to mobility and that my sister and I were up from Oregon and had Friday to do this. The US Bank team, got my parents seated and made it a good experience for my parents who are not modern thinking. The other US Bank in Lakemont was less accommodating and glad we didn't waste our time with them. Update: Never sent the debit cards and took two times for that to happen ... read more
