Came in to make a deposit and Christian actually upgraded my checking and savings account so I earn more money back now as well as made my deposit in under 10 minutes. Great service and timely as well.
Never available staff any time
Very easy and quick to complete my task. The teller was competent, friendly and enjoyed where she worked and helping bank customers. I've been a US Bank customer for many years and plan to continue.
I have a business account and family account here, but the Issaquah branch offers the worst service. No one serves customers, and no one restricts other customers if they cut in. There is no explanation for why I am waiting and no one asks what they can do to help. This is the case with the ONLY ISSQUAH BRANCH here. I recommend using ATM only without expecting any service here.
