The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, location inside Food City is convenient.
Showed up on a Saturday to Open up a business bank account on June 1, 2024. The three ladies at the bank said it would take over an hour to open a business bank account. I've opened up other LLC bank accounts that took less than an hour and didn't require an appointment. I'm appalled at the employees laziness.

The lady here claimed to not be able to do some stuff that I get done every single time at a different branch. I'm not sure if she doesn't know how to do her job properly or if she was just being that way. But horrible experience
