I’ve been coming to this U.S. Bank branch for over nine years, but every time I go to deposit money, they always have some kind of excuse — usually that the machine isn’t working. It’s really disappointing to deal with the same issue again and again after so many years.And I know it’s work they just don’t want to do it
Really bad service
The worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Made me jump hurdles to open a business account then racially profiled me and red flagged my check treated me unfairly threaten me with security and then denied to give me my money. They closed my account without notice or explanation. They think bald headed Latinos shouldn’t have checks for $25,000 unless questioned so pathetic went to Chase bank across the street and they were happy to have my business. Manager at US Bank Ontario definitely needs more training.
As soon as I get my money back I will permanently close the account. For the second time the cashier has swallowed my money without adding a single dollar to my account. On the first occasion I waited for the “investigation” and I did not recover a single dollar. These ATMs are poor and you waste your time trying to get your money back when you have a thousand bills to pay.
