Extremely BAD customer service skills and lack of DIVERSITY and INCLUSIVENESS in their hiring practices and staff!! I can see why they have such bad and 1-star reviews. Here's another 1-star review to add to the count. This US Bank branch needs major improvement primarily with their staff. My interaction with the latina teller was very cold. Had to make an emergency withdraw for large amounts of big bills and called around three p m and they were able to accommodate me within the hour. Unbelievable service, out of a couple other large banks, i've had the opportunity to work with, U.S bank is my favorite and i'm definitely planning on being a lifetime customer. I came to open account I have to wait in line for 15min and they tell me I have to sit and wait few minutes later a teller come and tell me I have to scan the code for they can assist me,terribly service
