Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I had a scheduled appointment for a notarization, and the employee assigned to help me was completely ready to review my documents. Suddenly, the branch manager intervened with an incredibly arrogant attitude and forced the employee not to proceed. The lack of professionalism and poor communication from management was completely unacceptable. Save your time and go elsewhere."
