Tuesday 1/12 1pm, they got 7 tellers desks and just 1 teller who’s laughing and chatting with 1 customer for 30 mins. That must be a joke
I was there tried to make a large commercial line of credit payment. This transaction needed to be done at the branch; if not otherwise, I would do it online. The Teller who helped me was unfriendly and not knowledgeable to make a commercial line of credit payment. She said the cashiers check amount is over the payment amount on the system. I told her: I used to work at the US Bank and yes you can make the amount payment on the system and the difference she can deposit it into a checking account that I have there.
