The USBank branch in the Castro in San Francisco is fabulous. Sergio and Marcus are absolutely the best! Customer service is flawless. I love my branch.
Super friendly and helpful staff!
It was my first time using USB bank. I didn’t have a great experience. I was at the branch for a simple transaction, I waited almost one hour. Three workers helping two customers. It took them forever to be done. I will never come back to this branch again.
They have closed but the lady on the phone told me that they open! Absurd!!
