Totally professional always great attitude and ☺ smile 5starr service always
Went to Bank on 09/03/2026 and I waited in line for a long time because a teller spent a tremendous amount of time with a customer. I had never seen anything like this before. He was just looking at her phone while she was looking for something. I complained. Line built-up to @6, but he didn't care. Thank God there was another teller.
The branches on Crenshaw are not open on Saturdays. However you will find branches open on Saturdays in Culver City, Santa Monica, and Manhattan Beach. Convenience is only a priority in some neighborhoods. Find yourself a different bank.
I'm not too fond of u.s Bank and the way they do things but the employees at slauson and Crenshaw are the best they are actually the reason why I stay with u.s Bank If you have any concerns needs and the financial world the manager here is definitely willing to sit down and talk to you down to earth
