Friendly professional and fast service
Whenever I visit this branch there is ample parking and rarely a line inside. The tellers give efficient service.
ZERO STARS. ATM ate my paycheck, and spit out an error slip. Now going on a month since I’ve had any income as it’s still not resolved. Just got my next paycheck 2 weeks later and still don’t have the money from my last check and the issue has not been resolved. I’ve called multiple times a week for two weeks. Apparently THEY messed up the claim the first try so I had to start all over. Don’t trust US Bank with your money. Go to a local credit union. I went i to this bank to double check if i had spent the correct amount of money and done everything correctly to get my $500 sign on bonus. The teller working here ensured me that I did. Turns out he was wrong and so i cant get the $500 bonus, all because this moron didnt do his job well. Thanks for costing me hundreds of dollars idiot
