Since this branch had so many bad reviews, I was a little leery to go there to open a CD. But it was closest branch to the home we purchased in Mesa. We have banked at US Bank for over 30 years but first time at this branch. The experience was OUTSTANDING! I am sorry I didn't get the employee's name that helped me, but she explained all my options and explained grace period. She even let me know she would be calling me when another CD that we had there matured so I could decide how to handle it. And she was quick and efficie... read more
When US Bank HAD locations inside Safeway stores, it was pleasant to do business there, however since closing the in-store branches and moving to a 'Stand Alone' location, customer satisfaction is at an all-time low. Most of my banking is now done quite satisfactorily at Desert Financial and so should anyone else that feels betrayed by US Bank.
