On today's visit Sherry wanted on my wife and I, she very cheerful and professional. it a pleasurable visit.
I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I have had a relationship with this bank for over 25 years. Recently one of there customer service representatives transferred to another bra ch. She did an excellent job offering the best customer service. Since then the representatives there do not want to help you or provide any type of customer service. They do not answer the phone, I can not get a hold of the branch manager.
