Ive banked with US Bank for 4 years now and I will be closing all of my accounts with them including my business account. Brought a cashiers check into their branch and was assured my funds would be ready the next day. It has now been over a week and they refuse to help me with this situation. Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life - Do not trust anyone from this branch or over the phone. I am now out 15,000 dollars because of this banks mistake.
