I must have caught them in a good time because I didn't have an appointment and I was still able to set up a new account rather quickly. Also it's a handy location.
I had fraud on my bank account us bank never caught. Thankfully I did catch it. They never closed my account even after I went in to close it.
I cannot recommend this branch enough! If you are looking for exceptional customer service please ask for Desirae at this branch. I have been fighting with US Bank for almost 7 months now with my IRA. I even visited the other branch in town and got no resolution. I almost teared up today when Desirae was able to get me a much better outcome than I was expecting and resolved the issues fast!
I went inside to open an account. I was told that no one was working that could do that and I could make an appointment for the following week. I would think at 11am on Friday there would be at least one person working. The teller was nice though, she contacted the other branch and booked me an appointment for a few hours later that is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I am aware of the expression "banker's hours" but this takes it to the extreme.
