Amazing service lil lady at window was such a cutie. And so nice. It was a pleasant experience.
Denied my promo checking account bonus when I literally ask the banker what do I have to do to get the bonus after one day of opening the checking account, and she say as long as you set up direct deposit for 90 days and the money will be deposit into your checking account. 6 months later they told me that I forgot to enter Promo Code when I open the checking account back in April . LOL . Scammer
So disappointing. There is a huge line to talk to anyone and I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. I guess it’s time to switch banks.
