Bad service
Consistent, week-long issues with getting accounts set up, their system locking my account while they themselves were setting it up
Worst us bank I have ever seen, if you guys don’t have enough money, don’t west my time, I told you the amount of money I want at the beginning of the service and you telling me that you don’t have enough at the end although I waited for the technical difficulties and whatever you said. Don’t go there if you care about your time. I have to look for another bank
Garbage. Sent me off to meet someone with whom we had an incident that required a payoff with a CASHIER'S CHECK that wasn't funded. Somehow they managed the impossible resulting in this other person getting a stopped payment penalty from their bank. Took me an entire extra day to resolve. They weren't interested in solving the problem, just figuring out, on my time, how this happened while I stood in the lobby. Did nothing to right the wrong.
