Excellent service always
I'm very surprised at the negative comments about this branch. I have banked here about 7 or 8 years and NEVER been treated with anything but the utmost respect, courtesy and professional attitude! Ariel WIlson (mgr) Mark, Fredie, Connie and Carmen are the current staff, I believe. They are always accommodating and helpful. They even know my name, and it seems like many other customers names, as well. If it's a little crowded, I go do a little of my shopping and the line is gone in no time. The blond female teller is extremely rude, discourteous and unaccommodating. Terrible customer service and shameful representation of the branch and the bank!
