I went to US Bank to notarize a car sale, but the experience was frustrating. The manager, Shaun, asked irrelevant questions and refused to notarize our signatures, citing “US Bank’s policy.” Despite having used their notary services for a similar transaction before, Shaun was dismissive and unhelpful.
