Consistently negative experiences when going into this location. They always act like you're inconveniencing them for doing their jobs. Everytime I try to get cash they act like they are not a bank, if you dont have cash why are you operating as a physical bank? Very poor service, sleepy tired tellers make it feel like you're talking to the Adams family. And the property itself has had made no improvements since acquiring Washington mutal.

Today is 11/3/25 ,I'm one of us bank customers .At 2.57 PM I went to this bank(25972) and ask them to change 4 penny rolls to new one for me ,a young Iranian lady with bad behavior told me we don't do that and when I showed her my card she said is not important .That was first time in all Orang County banks I heard that.
