Business banking clients, don't walk away from US Bank... Run!!!! Their technology (website) is a huge waste of time. Other services they offer are bad, but their website is the worst. I've been able to write 3 bad reviews online while waiting for their site to load. And, don't get me started on making a Zelle payment from their site. Unbelievable. RUN!!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people that work here and rude and rush people out. Worst bank I’ve ever been to - there’s always a problem.
US Bank... proudly delivering 1980s type of customer service... I have never had such consistently poor service from such a large national brand... well, at least not since the 1980s. The employees appear to be trying, but it feels like their back office operational processes are broken, and it feels like their operational systems are disjoint from branch operations. If you are a small business owner do not walk away from US Bank... RUN! While the people are nice, there service is terrible. Everything is cumbersome and drawn out. I probably spend three to four hours a week on the phone with their customer service to fix their issues (which, of course, become my issues). They seem not to care about my time in the least bit. Run... You've been warned.
