I unfortunately had an identity theft situation. US Bank in general was so great about double verification to ensure they didn’t shut down my entire savings account. Unfortunately through misunderstanding, resolving my frozen account situation wasn’t always clear. gotta be the worst bank I've ever been to.
Aubrey Rothenberger at this USBank branch went out of her way to help me, and the non-profit where I was recently elected Treasurer. I didn't think that customer service like this existed anymore (unless you have $millions to deposit). I had lots of questions and a TON of paperwork to complete. Aubrey patiently listened and was determined to help. She helped me source the right back up documents, changed users/signors/access/cards, then opened new accounts. I can't thank Aubrey enough! I love showing up at my bank five minutes until close to deposit a check and have the security agent slam the door in my face and tell me they’re closed when my phone clearly shows that it is not 5 o’clock yet
