The white lady name Andrea accused me for fraud is it because im brown ? Why assume that I brought a fake check and to not consult with me with my own check ! U guys are a disappointment. If u are an ethnicity dont come here . Racist and will accuse u for BS. Turns out my check is real .
Deposited a ~$5,000 check in person with a teller—what should be the most secure, straightforward type of transaction. Instead, it was completely mishandled. The bank cannot provide a check image, cannot explain what happened during processing, and labeled it “fraud” with no documentation or clarity. My longtime favorite USB branch, especially when I worked in the area. Excellent group (Andrea/Aubrey/Sedric/Christopher come to mind, as well as Dylan who is long gone). I wish we still had our branch on 42nd nearer to my home on Killingsworth, but it was a bit nichey and not many tellers (although the drive thru window was popular with the car people here).
