My longtime favorite USB branch, especially when I worked in the area. Excellent group (Andrea/Aubrey/Sedric/Christopher come to mind, as well as Dylan who is long gone). I wish we still had our branch on 42nd nearer to my home on Killingsworth, but it was a bit nichey and not many tellers (although the drive thru window was popular with the car people here).
I unfortunately had an identity theft situation. US Bank in general was so great about double verification to ensure they didn’t shut down my entire savings account. Unfortunately through misunderstanding, resolving my frozen account situation wasn’t always clear. I’d called and dealt with tellers in person (multiple times), who thought they resolved the issue with the information they were given, but it wasn’t that simple. gotta be the worst bank I've ever been to.
Aubrey Rothenberger at this USBank branch went out of her way to help me, and the non-profit where I was recently elected Treasurer. I didn't think that customer service like this existed anymore (unless you have $millions to deposit). I had lots of questions and a TON of paperwork to complete. Aubrey patiently listened and was determined to help. She helped me source the right back up documents, changed users/signors/access/cards, then opened new accounts. I can't thank Aubrey enough!
