Deposited a ~$5,000 check in person with a teller—what should be the most secure, straightforward type of transaction. Instead, it was completely mishandled. My longtime favorite USB branch, especially when I worked in the area. Excellent group (Andrea/Aubrey/Sedric/Christopher come to mind, as well as Dylan who is long gone). I wish we still had our branch on 42nd nearer to my home on Killingsworth, but it was a bit nichey and not many tellers (although the drive thru window was popular with the car people here).
