The white lady name Andrea accused me for fraud is it because im brown ? Why assume that I brought a fake check and to not consult with me with my own check ! U guys are a disappointment. If u are an ethnicity dont come here . Racist and will accuse u for BS. Turns out my check is real .
Deposited a ~$5,000 check in person with a teller—what should be the most secure, straightforward type of transaction. Instead, it was completely mishandled. The bank cannot provide a check image, cannot explain what happened during processing, and labeled it “fraud” with no documentation or clarity.
