In reality, they're just hiding their fee by offering a poor exchange rate. Instead of being transparent about their markup, they try to obscure it with misleading explanations. Save yourself money and use ATMs in Mexico instead.
Awful experiences with the CS team and the in branch manager.
I had an issue with my account Saturday. The branch manager Alexander had the opportunity to do the right thing and provide good customer service. Instead of doing it, DURING his business hours, he told a corporate Support banker whom I was on the phone with, they’ll get to it Monday. I can totally understand why his bank has a 3 star rating. I am going to file a complaint with this branch and this manager. If it doesn’t affect them, why deal with it mentality
