Do not use this bank. I've checked online, they are not a federal bank, this branch is also not a part of the Better Business Bureau. I opened an account with them while I was in college, then stopped recieving mail from them. Two years nothing, then all of the sudden I get a letter stating that I owe the bank $50 for paper statements I have not been recieving. When I called the branch to complain, "Deanne" or "Deanna" (Something like that), stated that it was my responsibility to contact them if I had stopped recieving mail... read more
