Excellent service better than the branch on Brookhurst
I had the best experience at US Bank on Beach Blvd and wanted to share my positive feedback! The customer service I received from Lynette was outstanding she answered all my questions during my visit. As a first time customer opening a new business account I really appreciate having someone liker her guiding me through the entire process. Thank you Lynette!
THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.... THIS BANK HAS THREE TELLERS OPEN... I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE... TO DO A CASH DEPOSIT.... WAS IN LINE FOR 27 MINUTES... ALL THE TELLERS JUST CHIT ..CHAT CHIT ..CHIT CHIT .. IT'S A BANK... NOT A SOCIAL CLUB.... COME IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR I'M GOING TO FIND ME A NEW BANK... THAT DOES BUSINESS NOT A SOCIAL CLUB....O.O....STARS....👎👎👎
Absolutely horrible. Don't expect good customer service at this branch location in the Newland Center. The young man Matthew that is at the teller station is rude as heck. If you have a business account go to another branch for your needs.
