I withdrew X $ of money today from my checking account and got the third degree & plethora of questions from the representative. He asked me why I wanted to withdraw the $ so I told him that my dad wanted to purchase a vehicle. He proceeded to tell me that dealership do not accepting cash anymore. (Please note that this is an VERY insignificant amount!). I had the best experience at US Bank on Beach Blvd and wanted to share my positive feedback! The customer service I received from Lynette was outstanding she answered all my questions during my visit. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.... THIS BANK HAS THREE TELLERS OPEN... I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE... TO DO A CASH DEPOSIT.... WAS IN LINE FOR 27 MINUTES... ALL THE TELLERS JUST CHIT ..CHAT CHIT ..CHIT CHIT .. IT'S A BANK... NOT A SOCIAL CLUB.... COME IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR I'M GOING TO FIND ME A NEW BANK...
