They stole $520 from my card in ATM. When I went into the bank to complain and tell them to give my money back that their ATM stole from me, they refused to give me MY money and told me if I wanna get it back, I need to file claim which gon take 25days!! So basically THEY STOLE HALF THOUSAND DOLLARS, gonna use it for a month and told me to deal with my problems myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK
Rude employees, acted like they know everything and instead told me the wrong information to my detriment. Not worth the aggravation....
Have been going to this branch for years. The employees, especially Odit Beshai and Brittany Day, have always been helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and they are always prepared to take care of all of my banking needs. They are very knowledgeable about banking procedures and go out of their way to make my visits enjoyable. I have used their ATM and never had any difficulty making a withdrawl.
U.S. Bank has bad customer service. Called US Bank for help regarding a check that has not cleared. On hold for 15 minutes then transferred to department that did not pick up for another 15 minutes. Hung-up then called back and on hold another 15 minutes , transferred again to the same department who couldn't help me at all. U.S. Bank stop wasting my time. I will take my 5 accounts elsewhere.
The people are nice and friendly 5 But the bank sucks. They don't have much cash on hand and so you have to schedule when you need it. What is the purpose of a bank if they don't have cash? YOUR CASH
