I have been banking there for over 6 months and I have deposited an average of $2500 a month, sometimes I deposit $5,000 , yet when I ask for a small loan they give me the run around, all these American bank institutions practice systemic discrimination

Totally unprofessional we had an appointment at 10am on Saturday with Denise and she was not there. Not even a heads up or a call regarding our appointment. No one was there to help us because she was the only one handling business account. Why sent us multiple notification when no one was going to be there to help us. Never again coming here.
