I had the worst experience at this branch. I arrived at 1:00 pm for an urgent international wire transfer and waited until 2:30 pm for the manager to finally sign the paperwork—only to be told the cut-off was 2:00 pm and I’d have to come back tomorrow. Because of their poor management, my payment to a Hong Kong production factory was not sent, and my business credit was severely damaged.
