I’ve been a customer with U.S. Bank for some time, and this location has always been my go-to branch. Recently, I had an urgent situation with my debit card while traveling, and Jelena completely turned things around for me. I reached out on a Friday feeling stressed and pressed for time, and she immediately took ownership of the situation. I wish I started all my business accounts with different bank. Waste of hours/days/weeks on a phone and email with their representatives/managers/etc to get promised bonuses/fix wrong information they entered and it’s never ending. Stay away from that bank!!!
Wouldn't trade cash for quarters :( Chase Bank was happy to help me though!
