Jose Ramirez helped me out today on a busy Friday with check cashing as a non account holder of US BANK & provided me amazing service. He was not only professional but personable and helped explain questions regarding signage for your CD %’s. He Reminds me of the manager at my current bank!
I don’t enjoy going to this branch but go because it is the one closest to me. I feel like the tellers always have an excuse for not being able to help you. One time they couldn’t help me because my phone wasn’t the correct one on file but I was able to provide all other necessary information. I have tried to change my phone number numerous times to no avail. This time they couldn’t help because they were too busy before closing., even though I was there a half hour before they closed.
