Today, January 24, 2013 at Approx 10:45am I stepped in to fax off some paper work (I'm not an account holder, my husband is) and I was rudely and loudly confronted by the Branch Manager there, "Bob". He asked if I had an account and I responded that I did not but my husband and all of his family did.
