Great Service
Whenever I encounter inadequate service, I usually if not always make the institution/restaurant/etc aware of the situation. On the flip side, when I encounter GREAT service, I feel like that info should be addressed as well. This review is of the positive nature for the Maumelle US Bank branch and in particular for Erica P., a bank employee. She ALWAYS provides great, personable service and goes above and beyond making sure that my banking needs are always met. Huge kudos to Erica for her consistently exceptional service!!!
From the moment I entered this bank I felt right at home! Was immediately greeted with smiles and promptly served with an unmatched professionalism by Ms. Erica Petty. I have used this bank out of convenience. Although the staff are really nice they are completely unhelpful. I can't decide if this is lack of training or people that just don't want to work. Update: lobby randomly closed to most customers except one. Meanwhile the teller to 'help' via the drive through didn't help. I ended up driving to another branch.
