I have used this bank for years, and used to consider this branch to have great customer service. That last 2 times I've been in there have been some of the worst interactions I've ever had with anyone providing a service. I will actively go out of my way to avoid this branch now.

Sandrina was dope probably the most professional person I've ever worked with that is employed by a corrupted slimey slithering snake of a corporation that steals money even from non-customers. I went in to go get my check cashed which is from u.s. bank and they still charge me $7 of my hard-earned money to transfer money from their accounts to my hands. I wish I could give negative stars but I'll just give one I guess.
