Very slow and act like they don't see you.
The new manager, Shady, is the most pretentious, arrogant, rude man I have ever seen. I listened to him speak to his employees like they were slaves. The employees there look terrified to be there which makes it hard to even go in there to do business. I feel sorry for them! Get that guy out of there! He should not be in management speaking to people that way. It is no wonder we had to wait in line forever to get help. The employees are scared to death.
