Customer service is always the best. Very friendly staff. Not just one time, all the time. Banking with US Bank for years, never had any problems. Great Bank.
The worse bank I've even had. I have had 3. The wait is always long. You could expect a 30+ minute wait. I went in signing up for a checking account and the teller got me to enroll in a "free" savings account. I was charged $4. So my account was $4. I went in the following day to pay the account off for their mistake and close the account and the teller took my money and never closed the account. I should have been reimbursed and the account should be closed. The account is still open and the payment I made was never reimbur... read more
