So after feeling racism last month at this bank. This month went back in like I regularly do and today was a very good experience and I can see how they are changing some stuff. Young lady who helped me today was professional and nice. She handled my transaction in a timely matter and I felt comfortable with her and how she spoke to me. The times that I have been here have been very poor experiences, I do not recall the name of the girl that helped me, but it has been the same girl twice and she was very rude, would not allow me to cash my check although I have an account there and I live in the Inland Empire. They all seem to be very entitled and don't care about customer service. Thankfully, I just work in the area, so this is not my main branch. I will not come into this location again. Seriously the banker asked me why I'm in town when I was trying to open an account. I was in town visiting a friend and decided to open an account. Well she said she couldn't help me. I wasn't trying to use any other address but the one in my Drive License.
