The only bank ive ever had where they "hold your money but you have access to 200 dollars of uoon a deposit while the rest is verified for 2 days" last night the atm glitched out on me trying to make a deposit after entering my pin it was accepted then I deposited my cash at the end of the transaction it told me wrong pin number yet it went through at the store and was verified over the phone it was indeed correct.. I had a fabulous experience at this US Bank Branch on Tues last week! Cindy, a customer service rep at the walk-up counter, went way out of her way to assist me, and I don't know how she did it (with a little help from her co-workers), but she saved my bacon, a.k.a. my money, and I am so very grateful!
