I really appreciate and value banking with US Bank, especially the Monticello location. They have some of the best online and app services but also their in-person banking experience is terrific! I love the new-ish check in when you come inside and get checked in to line. I love their banking app; it is really easy and user friendly, very intuitive to use. This is a review on US Bank in general. DO NOT bank with them!! They will close your account without letting you know and withhold your money for who knows how long. I’ve also been told that some customers never even received their funds. This has caused me a great amount of distress! My 2 year old is disabled and I need to be able to provide transportation and care for her daily to all her appointments that she literally has everyday. Stay away from this the company as a whole! Terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone, they don't return calls. Unless they're trying to sell you something; there is no response. I would never bank here again, and would like to warn others, do not bank with them, especially for your business accounts. I can't wait to move all of our accounts out of there.
Went in to get a HELOC loan, seemed like it took forever. This branch is too modernized now, and not customer friendly in my opinion. Paid the credit card off, with my HELOC loan, or at least I thought and found out it was still collecting interest!! The balance was 0! Usbank needs to refund that interest money back to me asap!
Just opened account with us bank. Got mail no problem but debit card somehow can't find it's way to my mailbox. Starting to notice the reviews
