I absolutely hate what US Bank done to the inside of their Banks and if you listen to the people who are waiting to see a banker they will tell you the same thing.
Would give zero if possible! SLOWEST BANK EVER! Zero consideration for people in line. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not sure what changed but this place ia no longer a decent place. Long waits rude staff. From 5 to 1..edit on topof edit. Depends on who is working.
Don't go inside unless you want to wait all day in line.
1 star – Avoid this branch if you value your time. I’ve been a U.S. Bank customer for years and generally like the bank, but this particular branch is consistently the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Make sure you have literally hours to spare if you plan on visiting, because the wait times here are ridiculous—even when the line isn’t long.Most of the time there are only 4–5 people ahead of me (sometimes fewer), yet I’ve still walked out without being helped on multiple occasions (at least 4–5 times in the last year)... read more
