Banker messed up costing me $250 and overdrafts. 1800 said the branch has to fix it. Took over a dozen calls to finally connect and then in the background I hear a comment about my attitude when I was trying to confirm that the over drafts would be taken off bc I wouldn't have overdrafted if they hadn't messed up she dodged the question. I asked again and had an attitude, yeah no kidding, but I wasn't unprofessional is a legit question and she didn't answer.
They just kind of looked at me when I came in and went about their business nothing else no I know nothing
